NoblePath Collective was born out of frustration and limitation caused by a broken healthcare system. We saw frustrated patients and families, and we were frustrated nurses.

As founders, Bridgett McNeill, RN, BSN, and Yollese Jackson, RN, BSN, we bring both expertise and heart to this work, honoring each person’s path with empathy and respect.
